JMCE EU Research Initiatives
Application Deadline: Rolling
The UF Jean Monnet Center of Excellence (JMCE) announces a competition for Faculty & Advanced Graduate Student Research Initiatives. CES will award up of to $1,500 to assist UF junior faculty and graduate students with travel to Europe to pursue research or to present work at a scholarly conference or workshop. The call is open to all UF faculty and advanced graduate students regardless of discipline. The subject of the research or talk must be related to the European Union. Priority will be given to proposals from applicants in non-traditional fields and the professional schools. The CES requests that applicants look for matching funds from their department, college, and external sources.
How to Apply
Proposals should include:
- The application form found here: Application Form
- A description of the purpose of the proposed activity (1-2 pages)
- A detailed budget that includes estimates of all associated costs
- A current CV of the applicant (abbreviated CVs encouraged)
- A copy of the invitation or acceptance letter (where appropriate)
